We want your BeSureToCook goodies to arrive quickly, safely, and ready to enjoy. Here’s how our shipping and delivery process works from the moment you place your order to the moment it lands at your door.
⏱ Processing Time
Every order is packed with care. Our typical processing time is 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM may begin processing the next business day.
- During sales, launches, or holidays, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re working toward it for the future.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes:
- Standard Shipping: approx. 3–7 business days after leaving our facility.
- Priority / Expedited (when available): approx. 2–3 business days.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Options
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery location. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or special rates.
- Standard Shipping: budget-friendly everyday option.
- Priority / Expedited: when you need your goodies a little sooner (if available).
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to keep an eye on your package as it makes its way to you.

Need Help with an Order?
If your tracking looks stuck, your package appears lost, or something doesn’t look right with your delivery, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the date it was marked delivered).
❗ Important Shipping Notes
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If the address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
- Delivered but Not Received: Sometimes packages are left with a neighbor, at a side door, or in a parcel locker. Check around your location and with your household first, then contact the carrier. If you still need help, reach out to us.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos of the packaging and product so we can review and make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
For food products like seasonings, returns are limited for safety and quality reasons. Please review our Refunds / Returns Policy page (if applicable) or email us at contact@besuretocook.com and we’ll be happy to discuss your situation.
