This Lebanese Fattoush Salad is a fresh and flavor-packed Middle Eastern salad made with crisp vegetables and a bright lemon-sumac dressing. It is the kind of salad that works as a healthy side dish, a light lunch, or a fresh plate to serve with grilled chicken, beef, seafood, rice dishes, kabobs, or Mediterranean meals.

The dressing is made with fresh mint, sweet red chili pepper, sumac, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, BeSureToCook Seasoning Blend, black pepper, and salt. Letting the dressing chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour helps the flavors come together before tossing it with the salad.
