Chicken Jalapeño Poppers
These chicken jalapeño poppers are super crispy, cheesy, and very easy to make. Packed with cream cheese, bacon, rotisserie chicken, and different cheeses—then fried until golden brown.

🧂 Ingredients
- Fresh jalapeño peppers
- Rotisserie chicken (½ cup, chopped)
- Bacon (2 strips, chopped)
- Cream cheese (8 oz)
- Triple cheddar cheese (2 teaspoons)
- Parmesan cheese (1 tablespoon)
- Batano cheese (2 tablespoons)
- Be Sure To Season seasoning (¼ tablespoon)
- All-purpose flour
- Buttermilk
- Half & half
- Breadcrumbs
- Cooking oil (for frying)
👨🍳 Instructions
Cut ends off jalapeños, slice open, remove seeds, and set aside.
Chop chicken and bacon into small pieces.
Whip cream cheese until smooth.
Add seasoning, cheeses, chicken, and bacon. Mix well.
Set up dredging station: flour, buttermilk + half & half, breadcrumbs.
Stuff jalapeños with filling.
Coat in flour, dip in buttermilk, then breadcrumbs.
Repeat dip (buttermilk → breadcrumbs) for extra crisp.
Fry for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.
Remove, drain, and serve hot.
