Track Your Besuretocook Order
Placed an order for Besuretocook seasonings and want to know where it is? Here’s how to follow your order from our kitchen to your doorstep.
1Order Confirmation Email
After you complete your purchase through our secure checkout (powered by Square), you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This will be sent to the email address you used at checkout and will include:
- Your order number
- A summary of the items you purchased
- Your shipping address and selected shipping method
If you don’t see this email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
2Shipping & Tracking Details
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email may include:
- A tracking number or tracking link from the carrier (when available)
- The items included in your shipment
- An updated estimated delivery window
You can click the tracking link in that email at any time to see the latest scan or update from the shipping carrier.
3Didn’t Receive Tracking?
If you placed an order but haven’t received a shipping or tracking email after a few business days:
- Double-check that the email address on your order is correct.
- Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
- Search your email for “Besuretocook” or “Square” to locate your receipt and confirmation.
Email us at contact@besuretocook.com with your full name, order date, and (if you have it) your order number. We’ll help you look up your order and share the latest status.
4Order Status Terms
When you reach out to us or see updates from the carrier, you may notice a few common statuses:
- Processing: We’ve received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
- Shipped: Your package has left our hands and is on its way to you.
- In Transit: The carrier has your package and it’s moving through their network.
- Out for Delivery: Your package is on the truck and should arrive soon.
- Delivered: The carrier marked your package as delivered to the address on file.
If your order shows as Delivered but you can’t find it, please check around your home, mailbox, porch, and with neighbors. If it’s still missing, contact us so we can review next steps together.
