At BeSureToCook, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into our products. Due to the nature of food and seasoning items, we have strict policies in place to protect the safety of our customers and the integrity of our brand.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products include food items and seasonings, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed. This applies to both opened and unopened items.
- No refunds or exchanges are provided for food products.
- Taste preferences, flavor expectations, or personal dislikes do not qualify for refunds.
- Accidental orders, incorrect selections, or change of mind are not eligible for cancellation once processed.
Food Safety & Contamination
For health and safety reasons, returned food products cannot be resold, restocked, tested, or redistributed. Once a product leaves our control, we cannot verify storage conditions or handling.
- We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
- This policy applies regardless of packaging condition or seals.
- Products confirmed as returned will not be reissued or refunded.
No-Salt Products & Ingredient Responsibility
Some BeSureToCook seasonings are marketed as “no salt” or “low sodium.” These descriptions refer only to salt content and do not imply suitability for all individuals, diets, or health conditions.
Our seasonings may contain blended spices and proprietary ingredients. Full ingredient formulations are not disclosed.
- No-salt does not mean risk-free or allergy-free.
- Customers with allergies, sensitivities, or medical dietary requirements must exercise caution.
- BeSureToCook does not provide medical, dietary, or nutritional advice.
Allergy & Health Disclaimer
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their dietary needs, allergies, or health concerns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
- We review all cases individually.
- Resolution may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstance.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once an order has shipped, BeSureToCook is not responsible for delays, carrier issues, or confirmed delivery errors.
- Tracking information is provided when available.
- Customers must work with carriers regarding delivery disputes.
- We may assist with claims but are not obligated to replace or refund.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks without contacting BeSureToCook first may result in denial of future service and forfeiture of any potential resolution consideration.
