Sweet Potato Fries with Brown Sugar Glaze

📋 Ingredients:
- Fries: 2–3 large sweet potatoes (cut into fries)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Optional: corn starch for added crisp
- Glaze: 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp butter
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple juice (optional)
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- Cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice (to taste)
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Cut sweet potatoes into even fries. Be careful!
- Toss in olive oil and salt. Bake at 400°F for 25–35 minutes until tender.
- Let cool, then dust with corn starch and shake off excess.
- Fry in oil at 350°F for 2–4 minutes until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Make glaze: melt butter, add sugar, juices, and spices. Thicken with corn starch and simmer until glossy.
- Serve fries hot with glaze for dipping or drizzle on top.
