🥗 Salad Ingredients:
- 2 small salmon fillets
- Mrs. Dash, lemon pepper, seasoning salt, dried dill
- Leaf lettuce (chopped and rinsed)
- 1 avocado (sliced)
- Diced tomatoes
🔥 How to Cook the Salmon:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a tray with aluminum foil and butter it lightly.
- Season the foil with Mrs. Dash, lemon pepper, seasoning salt, and dill.
- Place salmon skin-side down, season the top, and bake 10–15 minutes.
🥄 Homemade Shallot Dressing:
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp finely minced shallots
