Oven Baked Spicy Potato Wedges
Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside—easy, spicy wedges perfect for game day snacks or a quick side.

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (add more if you like it spicier)
- 2 tbsp buttermilk (add more for a creamier texture)
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- A sprinkle of ground red bell pepper
- Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Preheat: Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prep potatoes: Wash and scrub well; cut into wedges (leave skins on).
- Make spicy sauce: In a bowl mix hot sauce, buttermilk, thyme, garlic powder, ground red bell pepper, and Mrs. Dash until combined.
- Coat: Add wedges to the bowl and toss until every piece is coated.
- Bake: Spread on a lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 30–35 minutes (turn once) until crispy and golden.
