Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp buttermilk (add more for a creamier texture)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • A sprinkle of ground red bell pepper
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Set oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prep potatoes: Wash and scrub well; cut into wedges (leave skins on).
