How To Make an Easy Canadian Poutine
Crispy fries, squeaky cheese curds, and hot brown gravy — the comfort-food classic made easy at home.

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen French fries
- Seasoning of your choice (garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt)
- 1 to 1½ cups fresh cheese curds (or chopped mozzarella)
- Hot brown gravy (your favorite packet/recipe — or watch my gravy video below)

Instructions
- Cook fries: Bake or air-fry fries until very crispy (follow bag directions). Season to taste.
- Heat gravy: Prepare brown gravy and keep it hot so it melts the curds.
- Assemble: Pile hot fries into bowls. Scatter cheese curds over top.
- Sauce it up: Ladle hot gravy generously over the fries and curds so everything gets melty.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately while piping hot!
