Wet Mix
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp bourbon
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
Add-ins
- 1/2 cup chocolate morsels (semi-sweet or dark)
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans
Bake: 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes

- Crush pecans; set aside.
- Whisk Dry Mix together until even.
- Cream butter with brown sugar and white sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in vanilla and bourbon.
- Melt chocolate gently; cool slightly, then fold into wet mix.
- Add dry mix; stir just until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pecans.
- Scoop onto a parchment-lined tray; bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
